"As person with a previous sporting background I had “mentally hung up my boots” but had become unhappy with my size and fitness. In under three months, Jo has helped me significantly near my goals of both losing weight and getting fit; by devising a very well planned programme. The result was that I’ve know broken the mental chains, of getting up and out for a jog, or doing a workout at home .

The initial thing I liked was that Jo was willing to work with me from home, as most people who are overweight feel a little self conscious and would maybe find a gym with fit people off putting .I found the initial sessions really hard, both mentally and physically. However after the first 4 or 5 weeks I started to feel and see the difference.
